Orders

You can check the status of your order by logging into your TERRITORY account on our website. Once the order is completed, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace number, through which you can track when your order is due to arrive.

Once your order is placed, we will immediately start working on it to provide you with the fastest delivery time possible. Therefore, your order cannot be changed once placed.

However, you can drop us your request at orders@territory-london.com within 30 minutes of placing the order. Otherwise, you can return the item, and we will refund the money.

Delivery & Shipping

We ship within the UK and to All European countries at the moment.

We don’t charge any shipping cost for all orders over GBP60 within the United Kingdom (excluding the islands)

We ship all our orders from our warehouse based in the South-east of England.

Our normal FREE shipping is via ROYAL MAIL 48 TRACKED, which usually takes 2-3 working days for the delivery. There are other shipping options, you can pick at the check-out. We dispatch all orders placed before 12 pm (noon) on the same day and orders placed after 12 pm (noon) will be dispatched on the next day. Our aim is to deliver orders within 3-5 working days from the date of placing the order.

Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, enabling you to track the shipment.

Refund and Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), you can return them within 30 days.

We offer a FREE return policy.

We promise to refund any products you are not entirely happy with, provided they arrive back to us in a saleable condition.

It’s simple to return your products. All returns start by submitting them online first. Just start by entering your order number on the returns page , and the rest of the instructions will follow.

As soon as we receive your package, we’ll send you a confirmation email. We’ll refund the money on the account used when placing the order within 1-2 working days of receiving your request.

If you’ve paid for your order via PayPal, the funds will go immediately back into your account.

If you paid via debit or credit card, you may notice that the amount is pending on your statement, and it can take 3-5 working days for the bank or card issuer to get your money back to you.

If you’ve paid via Klarna or Clearpay, your refund will be back with you as soon as this clears at their end, which can take 3-5 working days.

Products

All our products are made in Sri Lanka. Suppliers we work with are fully compliant and required to sign an Ethical Code of Conduct before we agree to work with them.

We have selected a very functional, four-way stretch material with a peach touch for our chino pants. It has an ultra-stretch with 4% elastane in the fabric. That’s why we call it YOGA Chino.

We have a unique product identity. That’s why we use Yellow colored zip tape on all of our YOGA Chino Pants and Shorts. That is our identity. Isn’t that cool?

Please wash at 30 degrees, low-heat iron, and do not tumble dry if you can avoid it. No bleach. Wash inside out. We recommend T-shirts and Polos to be hand washed to avoid print or embroidery damage.
